Product Description Jamieson Valerian is a naturally sourced alternative to conventional sleep aids, formulated to help reduce nervousness and promote relaxation and a restful sleep. Directions Adults: Take 3 softgels 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Serving Size 3 softgels daily Quantity 60 softgels Valerian (3:1) extract 133.34 mg (Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb. Also Contains Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, lecithin (soy), natural carmine colour, titanium dioxide. NO gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives. Warning Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.
