Returns and Refunds Policy

Safe Care Store Canada is committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest medical standards. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Timeframe for requesting a return or refund:

  • The customer may request a return or refund of a product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Conditions for return or refund:

  • Defective products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, Safe Care Store Canada will replace the product or issue a full refund.
  • Order error: If an incorrect product has been sent, Safe Care Store Canada will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product at no additional cost.
  • Product Exchange: Returns for product exchange will not be accepted unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Cancellations before shipping

  • All cancellations are subject to a 6% fee of the total order amount.
  • This fee covers the non-refundable processing costs from the payment gateway  (ShopifyPayments, PayPal, or others).
  • The amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Cancellations and returns after shipping

If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, you may request a return after receiving it, considering:

  1. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  2. A 6% fee will be applied for administrative and payment processing costs.
  3. The customer must cover the cost of returning the product.
  4. The refund will only be issued once we receive the product in its original condition.

Return process

Before returning the item, you must:

  1. Send photos of the product to safecare.sales.com@gmail.com to verify its condition.
  2. Once the images are approved, we will send you the return address by email.
  3. After receiving the product and confirming it is in good condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products: Returns of customized or custom-made products are not accepted.
  • Opened or used products: Returns of products that have been opened, used or are missing their original packaging will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's warranty:

For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be handled according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. Safe Care Store Canada can assist the customer in the warranty claim process.

Applicable Law:

This policy shall be governed by the laws of Canada applicable to the sale of medical products and consumer protection.

  • Shipping: Clearly specify who bears the return shipping costs in each case.
  • Contact information: Ensure contact information is up to date and easy to find on the website.
