Returns and Refunds Policy

SafeCare Canada is committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest medical standards. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Timeframe for requesting a return or refund:

  • The customer may request a return or refund of a product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Conditions for return or refund:

  • Defective products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, SafeCare Canada will replace the product or issue a full refund.
  • Order error: If an incorrect product has been sent, SafeCare Canada will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product at no additional cost.
  • Change of mind: Returns for change of mind will not be accepted unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Procedure for requesting a return or refund:

  1. Notification: The customer must notify SafeCare Canada in writing (email safecare.sales.ca@gmail.com, letter) within the stated time frame, indicating the order number, the reason for the return and attaching a copy of the invoice.
  2. Return of the product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  3. Refund: Once the product has been received and verified, SafeCare Canada will issue the refund to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products: Returns of customized or custom-made products are not accepted.
  • Opened or used products: Returns of products that have been opened, used or are missing their original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Software: Once downloaded or activated, software is not refundable.

Manufacturer's warranty:
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be handled according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. SafeCare Canada can assist the customer in the warranty claim process.

Applicable Law:
This policy shall be governed by the laws of Canada applicable to the sale of medical products and consumer protection.

  • Shipping: Clearly specify who bears the return shipping costs in each case.
