Lap Belt. Replacement for lap belt. Made of heavy duty nylon secured with plastic buckle. Adjustable in length up to 40". Functions as safety belt for user and to secure Travel Buggy electric wheelchair when in folded position. *Not approved for securing passenger in electric wheelchair during vehicle transportation.
