It helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and protein and supports the maintenance of healthy skin. Directions Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Serving Size 1 tablet daily Quantity 100 tablets 50 mg Sorbitol, cellulose, modified cellulose gum, vegetable magnesium stearate. NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Warning 50 mg Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
