Derma DuSoft Non-Woven Non-Sterile Dressing Sponges are medical dressings designed for wound cleansing and as secondary dressings to enhance absorption. They are composed of a rayon and polyester blend, providing fast wicking properties and high absorbency, which minimizes skin maceration. Unlike woven gauze, these sponges produce less lint and are less adherent, reducing disruption to newly formed granulation tissue. They are latex-free and available in various sizes, including 2" x 2", 3" x 3", and 4" x 4", with a 4-ply construction. These sponges come in packages of 200 units and are ideal for use in clinical settings and home care.
