Advil Cold & Sinus Caplets are over-the-counter medications formulated to provide effective, non-drowsy relief from common cold and sinus symptoms. 

• Ibuprofen (200 mg): A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that alleviates pain and reduces fever.
