Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Serving Size 1 tablet, 3 times daily Quantity 60 tablets Nutrient Dosage St. John's Wort (5:1) extract1 200 mg (Hypericum perforatum, herb top), equivalent to 1,000 mg raw herb, standardized to 0.3% hypericin and 3% hyperforin Also Contains Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, natural peppermint flavour, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica. NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Warning Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking anti-anxiety medications or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Do not use if you are taking blood thinners, anti-HIV agents, immunosuppressants, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anit-cancer, cardiovascular and/or contraceptive medications.
